Refund Policy

1. Overview
PitchAlert Pro is a one-time digital product. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy describes when and how you can obtain a refund.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are executed by Paddle on our behalf.
2. Standard 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. No explanation is required during this window.
This 14-day window is consistent with the statutory cooling-off period for digital goods under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK consumer regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Consumers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are entitled to this right regardless of whether they clicked "I agree to immediate digital delivery" at checkout.
3. Refunds outside the 14-day window
After 14 days we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- The Extension is materially non-functional due to a defect on our side and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
- A refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
4. Non-refundable situations
We generally do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase and none of the Section 3 circumstances apply.
- The request is made because the World Cup tournament has ended (the Pro licence covers the 2026 tournament and any extension updates we release; the tournament end date is publicly known before purchase).
- You changed your mind after 14 days without a qualifying reason.
- The issue is caused by a Chrome browser update or your device configuration, and a compatible version of the Extension is available.
These exclusions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law of your country.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at tgparm973@gmail.com with:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your Paddle order number (included in your purchase confirmation email).
- A brief description of the issue (optional for requests within 14 days).
Once approved, the refund is processed by Paddle and typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
6. Effect of refund on licence
If a refund is issued, your Pro licence is revoked. The Extension will revert to free-tier functionality. If you later wish to use Pro again, a new purchase will be required.
7. Free tier
The free version of PitchAlert has no purchase price, so this Refund Policy does not apply to it. The free version can simply be uninstalled at any time.
